Site Safety and Training Supervisor
Wage: $13 per hour / DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the training of Paratransit Services employees at assigned location to insure that individuals and groups of individuals gain and maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their essential job functions. Training subjects may include but will not be limited to: CPR/First Aid, Defensive Driving Courses (DDC), customer service, safety, driving skills, vehicle operations, equipment operations, dispatch, scheduling, general office skills, etc. Evaluates performance, assesses training needs and provides recommendations in employment matters to manager. DUTIES:

Clean driving and criminal record of at least three and ten years, respectively, or as required by individual contracts. Must have valid CDL as indicated by individual contracts. Must project a professional image consistent with desired standards for all Paratransit Services Drivers. Must be flexible enough to accommodate ongoing changes in normal schedules with little or no notice. Phases include, but are not limited to the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction and other jobs as assigned. Must have a high understanding of grounds and able to perform grounds duties at a high level. Must be able to operate tractor, forklift mowers and all types of equipment of facilities efficiently. Must be able to understand the high level of efficiency and quality expected from the management and lead by example. Must be highly motivated and organized.
