Deploy marketing efforts in the community to generate sales and customer growth, and complete marketing tracking sheets as required.

 

Operations, Compliance, & Collections: Assist in managing the P&L to meet all budgeted numbers and in meeting management’s expectations related to center performance. Adhere to the Company’s policies, procedures, Creed, and to all applicable state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate cash controls and ensure that security procedures are in line with Company and Loss Prevention (LP) Standards. Enter customer and transaction information accurately into the point of sale system, and create and maintain accurate customer files with all required documentation. Perform and document collection calls, field visits, and any other approved collection activities. Complete other duties as assigned. Work closely with and support others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience.

 

Job Requirements: Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience. One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections. Must have valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation. Ability to travel within division for marketing, collections, staffing, special events, and banking responsibilities. Must be 18, eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post offer screens including criminal background check, MVR, credit check if required by state law, reference check, and drug check. Regular punctual attendance is required. Schedules may be changes as needed to accommodate business needs. Overtime may be required.

Successful performance of the work requires knowledge of governmental accounting practices and procedures, fund accounting, and fiscal management.
Property Tax Accountant II: Journey-level
This classification is distinguished from the Property Tax Accountant I by the level of responsibility assumed, complexity of duties assigned and independence of action required. Incumbents exercise a high level of discretion and independent judgment in performing the full range of routine and complex functions associated with property tax changes. In addition, incumbents may be required to represent the Auditor at meetings or conferences and communicate with high level officials from outside agencies. Knowledge of, as well as the ability to research and interpret Government Code and Revenue Taxation Code, are necessary skills for this position. This classification has responsibility for providing training to less experienced staff and may provide lead direction to lower level staff as necessary.

El Camino Irrigation District – District Manager

Description: Under minimal direction, the District Manager manages District operations to provide customers with a reliable irrigation water supply; provides professional and technical staff support, and assistance to the Board; coordinates all District activities with Federal, State, County, local and private agencies. Distinguishing Characteristics: The District Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have case management experience working with high-risk populations, victim/survivors and/or housing case management. BA or AA degree in relative field may be considered in lieu of experience. Completion of a 40-hour domestic violence counselor training or 66 hour DV/SA training is required, but may be obtained post-hiring.

• Must have 2-3 years of driving experience / employer is willing to train the right candidate.

• Need experience with doubles, triples, tarps, and bins.
• Any OTR refrigerated experience or refrigerated van experience.
• No DUI’s and must attach a copy of current 3 year DMV report.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Eco-Shell – General Laborers

EcoShell, Inc. Is the premier grinder of walnut shells producing diverse products
such as polishing and blasting materials and pet bedding materials. Eco-Shell has an immediate
opening for General Laborers to join their team. These full-time positions are responsible
for filling 60lb bags, weighing product, general clean-up, wrapping pallets, shrink covering
pallets and other duties as assigned. Can lead to forklift training.
Position Requires:
 Ability to lift up to 60+ pounds on a regular basis.
 Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
 Ability to use a scale and measure product accurately
 Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must be self-motivated and reliable and able
to work in all types of weather.
