Tire Service Technician

Tehama Tire Service Inc. provides tires and auto services in nine locations in California & Oregon. They carry quality top brand tires from Michelin®, BFGoodrich®, Uniroyal®, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Yokohama, and more. Their service department specializes in alignments, brakes, and factory‐scheduled maintenance. Their Red Bluff location is currently seeking a Tire Service Technician to join their team.

 

The Tire Service Technician will change tires on cars, pick‐ups and semi’s. They will also provide road side service and make repairs to companies with fleets of vehicles. The company is willing to train the right candidate.

 

Position Requires:

  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job – must be able to perform all tasks servicing tires on customer vehicles.
  • Must have valid California driver’s license and clean DMV record with printout.

f. Participate when requested in the Interdisciplinary Team process, IPP and ISP meetings.
g. Demonstrate ability to make appropriate judgment calls when serving clients (all affiliates)
h. Promotes healthy relationships between their clients and people in their client’s life
i. Provide instruction and help accessing resources necessary for clients to identify and reach their destiny

Substitute Pool School Bus Drivers

 

POSITION
The Red Bluff Joint Union High School District is seeking applicants for its pool of Substitute School Bus Drivers. Will train as needed.

 

SALARY AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Present salary $16.25 per hour.

 

INCENTIVE
The District may sponsor the applicant for the cost of training with a year commitment to the District. If sponsored applicant gets a job elsewhere before
the year is up, they will be billed for a prorated amount of the training costs. The District will also pay the hourly rate for the training time.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of a valid Class A or B, California Commercial Driver License with an air brake and a passenger endorsement
  • Possession of a Special Certificate, valid for driving a school bus, issued by the California Highway Patrol, including passage of a first aid examination
  • Possession of a current Medical Examination Report and card
  • Current training records
  • Successful completion of required training to maintain special driver certificate
  • Knowledge of safe driving practices
  • Ability to learn provisions of the California Motor Vehicle Code and California Education Code
  • Ability to drive a school bus safely and effectively
  • Ability to maintain order on a school bus
  • Ability to learn a prescribed school bus route
  • Ability to learn and carry out prescribed safety checks
  • Ability to keep and maintain records
